As a third-year Bachelor of Communication and Media student at UOW, majoring in Digital and Social Media with a minor in Graphic Design I’ve built a solid foundation in media production, communication research, and project work. My coursework has developed my skills in digital media production, content creation, and social media strategy, applying theory to real-world projects. I’ve worked with various platforms to refine my abilities in innovation and problem-solving, resulting in a diverse portfolio that highlights my understanding of effective digital and social media practices.

My interest in digital media began during my gap year with Helen Dalton MP, where I managed her social media and saw the impact of digital platforms on public perception. Since then, I’ve worked on various projects—personal, academic, and internships—refining my skills in social media management, content creation, and graphic design. The Movement

Fitness has always been a love of mine, and I view movement as a gift that supports longevity, function, and self-care at every stage of life.

After completing my Certificate III & IV in Fitness, I fell in love with personal training, helping women of all ages to feel empowered and achieve their goals. From young girls building confidence in strength training, to older women improving their functional health, I love designing and delivering safe, effective programs tailored to each client’s needs.

Through ‘Unmatched Fitness‘, I now offer online coaching services. Whether you’re looking to build strength, ‘tone’ up, or improve your overall fitness, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I’m also developing ‘Keep on Moving‘, a service focused on helping older adults maintain activity and improve their quality of life through movement. With a passion for healthy ageing and additional qualifications in this area, I aim to promote functional strength, mobility, and enhance quality of life, helping older adults stay active and overcome barriers to movement.
